Microsoft 365, done properly from day one.

From a clean setup to a tidy migration — we get small businesses onto Microsoft 365 without the usual chaos, and keep it running well after.

Microsoft 365 is the backbone of most small businesses today. Email, files, video calls, document storage, security — it all lives there.

But most M365 tenants we see have been set up in a hurry, or grown organically over years, and have quietly developed problems: licences nobody uses, mailboxes that don't back up properly, shared files in the wrong places, no real security policies.

We fix that. And if you're starting from scratch, we make sure it's built right the first time.

What we help with

Six areas where we add value.

New Microsoft 365 setup

Starting a business or moving from Gmail / Google Workspace? We handle the lot — domain, licensing, mailboxes, SharePoint, Teams — and hand it over with documentation.

Migrations

Moving from another provider, or consolidating multiple tenants? We migrate email, files and identities cleanly. Minimal downtime, no lost data.

Licensing reviews

Microsoft licensing is a maze. We review what you're paying for, what your team uses, and where you can save money or upgrade for better value.

Intune & device management

Roll out company laptops and phones without IT chaos. Software deployed, security enforced, staff working properly on day one.

SharePoint & Teams

Sort out the mess of shared drives, OneDrives and random Teams channels. A structure that fits how your team actually works.

Backup & retention

Microsoft 365 isn't a backup. We configure proper backup and sensible retention policies so important data sticks around.

New service

Adding Claude to your Microsoft 365 environment.

Most small businesses already have staff using AI tools — usually their own personal accounts, with no oversight, sometimes pasting sensitive data into models nobody's approved.

We help you do it properly. Claude, set up as a business tool, connected to the Microsoft 365 data your team actually works with — securely, and with the right guardrails.

Common questions

Things small businesses usually ask.

Do we have to commit to a long contract?
No. Project work is just that — project work, with a fixed price and a clear end. If you want ongoing support afterwards we offer monthly retainers, but they roll month to month with a 30-day notice period. You're never locked in.
Will the migration disrupt our team?
A well-planned migration usually means a few hours of inconvenience at most, typically scheduled over a weekend or evening. We prepare everything in advance, communicate clearly with your team, and stay on hand for anything that comes up. The horror stories are almost always from rushed or under-planned migrations.
How much does a Microsoft 365 setup typically cost?
It depends on the size of your team, the state of what you're moving from, and how much we're asked to do. We quote fixed prices after the initial chat, so you'll always know what you're paying before any work begins.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely, so we work with clients across the UK and Europe. We'll discuss timezone and language considerations during the first call if relevant.
What size of business do you usually work with?
Most of our clients are between 5 and 50 people — too small for an in-house IT team but big enough that things need to work properly. We'll happily talk to businesses outside that range too; we'll just be honest if we're not the right fit.
What if we already have an IT provider?
That's fine. We sometimes work alongside an existing generalist IT provider on Microsoft 365 specifically — especially for security and compliance work that needs deeper M365 knowledge. We're comfortable being the specialist on a team.
